Allow 2-3 weeks lead time for your order, more time may be necessary for special order finishes or custom milled stock.
Do not store finished jobs for extended time periods after they are shipped, this leads to blocking.
Do not Stack other material on top of the bundle of pre-finished stock, the resulting blocking is beyond both our and the finisher’s control.

Review stock quantities prior to installation so that should an additional order be necessary to complete a job, the job lots do not meet on the same side of the home. Matching different lots of wood and stain make achieving an exact match of the follow up order virtually impossible. As long as the matching is done one side of the project at a time, the variations are much less noticeable.
Semi-transparent stains do not offer any warranties.
No finishes carry a warranty against extractive bleeding.
Remember to order custom matched, hot dipped, galvanized split less siding nails and hammer caps.
Review the faxed order confirmation carefully before signing and returning to MAC.
